This is a great idea a challenge to build the most affordable home. of course some areas would have access to different resources. I have been looking at The use of concrete, potash hybrid mix for years to make an affordable home that would be almost indestructible. Made with tilt up construction and pored on slab. I wonder if there is a way to poor an earth slurry that would have the strength to build a home with tilt up construction form molds. Any Ideas? The concept is to us 8″ of form insulation on the outside covered with a earthen based stucco. With the concrete hybrid that would give you an insulation of about R50 and a outrageous thermal mass.
